- The worker's original passport
- FOMEMA registration slip (registered by the employer or agent)
- A recent photo if the system asks for one
The process
At the clinic
- Register at the counter with the passport and FOMEMA slip.
- Physical examination by the doctor.
- Blood and urine samples.
- X-ray referral according to the FOMEMA list.
- Results are submitted through the FOMEMA system.

How long does a FOMEMA examination take?
Usually under an hour at the clinic, depending on how busy we are.
Can we come without an appointment?
Yes for one or two workers. For groups, WhatsApp us first for a slot.
Which languages do you speak?
We can communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
